Frequently asked questions
Q1- You are unable to switch your phone on/ no power in the handset?
A – Battery is discharged, please recharge the battery. Also, take out the battery, clean the terminals and use.
Q2- Battery is not giving full back-up?
A – Your battery is worn-out. Get it replaced from the service center.


Q3- The phone is not getting charged?
A – There could be a bend in the charging jack pin. If the pin is fine, check out the charger and the supply at socket. You could also get the charger checked by using it with another handset of the same brand and model.


Q4- The handset is taking time to do normal functions / gets switched off in between?
A – Please check the MMC for virus. Get it formatted again ( go to setting, then to factory, use pass word 1234 ).


Q5- Audio from ear phones is not properly audible?
A – Adjust volume by pressing Nav / Up-Down key while receiving a call.


Q6- The hands-free is not working?
A – Check the jack pins, if there is no bend get the hands-free checked with another handset of the same model. Otherwise get it changed.


Q7- Unable to receive calls?
A – Make sure your SIM card is registered with the service provider and you have cleared all the outstanding bills. You could also use another SIM to check if there is a fault in the handset.


Q8- Poor Network Signal/Reception?
A – The Network signal may be too weak at your current location, for example, in a basement or near a tall building. Call your service provider. If the problem persists, get the handset checked at the service centre.


Q9- You cannot Receive calls from a particular number?
A – You have activated the call barring feature-- Go to Call center>General call setting>SIM 1/SIM 2>Call barring,and then select Cancel All.


Q10- Unable to understand Blacklist feature?
A – If you enable Blacklist feature on a particular number, you will not receive calls from that number.


Q11- Showing SIM card Error?
A – Please recheck with other SIM card for malfunction or damage. Take the SIM card to your service provider for testing.


Q12- Showing Insert SIM card?
A – The card is not inserted properly, please insert it properly. You could also check by using another SIM before going to the service station.


Q13- SIM card is blocked or PIN code is blocked?
A – You have entered an incorrect PIN code three consecutive times (Contact your service provider for PUK code of the SIM card,use PUK code to unlock the SIM).


Q14- GPRS is not working?
A – Please check the GPRS setting with the service provider. Details given in a separate file.


Q15- Unable to transfer data through Bluetooth?
A – Check the available space in the storage location.


Q16- Unable to play video in the phone?
A – Please check the format of the Video. It should be compatible with the phone's desired settings.


Q17- No audio in the phone?
A – Please check the format of the Audio file. It should be compatible with the phone's desired settings.


Q18- Unable to capture image from Camera?
A – Check Memory of the phone. If it is full,delete unnecessary data from phone or memory card..


Q19- Touch panel is not working properly.
A – Go to setting, then to pen calibration and start screen calibration.


Q20- Unable to enter information into the phone book.
A – Please check phone book capacity. It may be full. Delete unnecessary data from phone book.
